George Stephanopoulos (born February 10, 1961) is a prominent American television journalist, anchor for ABC News, and former Democratic political advisor. Best known for co-anchoring Good Morning America and hosting This Week with George Stephanopoulos, he previously served as White House Communications Director and senior advisor to President Bill Clinton.
