John Digweed (born January 1, 1967) is an iconic British DJ, producer, and label owner from Hastings, England, widely recognized as a pioneer of progressive house and a key figure in 1990s dance music. Known for his technical skill and marathon sets, he was voted the world's No. 1 DJ by DJ Magazine in 2001 and achieved fame through his groundbreaking Renaissance: The Mix Collection with Sasha and his Bedrock label.
