Jeff Abel (born April 29, 1986), known as Excision, is a renowned Canadian producer and DJ pioneering aggressive North American dubstep since 2006. Based in Kelowna, BC, he founded label Rottun Recordings and founded massive festivals like Lost Lands and Bass Canyon, specializing in heavy bass music.
