RL Grime, born Henry Alfred Steinway on February 8, 1991, in Los Angeles, is a prominent American DJ and producer acclaimed for his influential role in trap and bass music. Rising to prominence in 2012 through the WeDidIt collective and his Grapes EP, he is known for hit tracks like "Core" and annual Halloween mixes. He released albums Void (2014) and Nova (2018), later launching his own label, Sable Valley, in 2019.
