Clare Smyth MBE (born 6 September 1978) is a renowned Northern Irish chef and the first British female chef to run a restaurant with three Michelin stars. Growing up on a farm in County Antrim, she moved to England at 16 to pursue culinary arts. After training at Gordon Ramsay's eponymous restaurant and working at Alain Ducasse's Le Louis XV, she opened her acclaimed London restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth in 2017.
