Damiano Carrara (born 1985) is a renowned Italian pastry chef, television personality, and author from Lucca, Tuscany. After beginning his career as a bartender in Italy and Ireland, he moved to California, co-founding Carrara Pastries with his brother. He gained fame on Food Network competitions and as a judge on Bake Off Italia.
