Esther Choi (born December 17, 1990) is a renowned Korean-American chef, restaurateur, and TV personality based in NYC, celebrated for modernizing traditional Korean cuisine. She is the chef/owner of mŏkbar (Chelsea Market, Brooklyn, NJ, Las Vegas) and Ms. Yoo. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, she hosts Heat Eaters and co-hosts 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing.
