Cat Cora (born April 3, 1967) is a renowned American chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality, famous for becoming the first female "Iron Chef" on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2005. Raised in Mississippi with Greek heritage, she trained at the Culinary Institute of America and has opened numerous restaurants globally.
