Amanda Freitag (born May 11, 1970) is a renowned American chef, author, and television personality based in New York City. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, she is best known as a judge on Food Network’s Chopped and for appearing on Iron Chef America. She has extensive experience in NYC restaurants like Cesca and The Harrison and authored The Chef Next Door.
