Edward Lee (born July 2, 1972) is a Korean-American celebrity chef, restaurateur, and author known for blending Southern US cuisine with Korean flavors. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, he owns 610 Magnolia, appeared on Top Chef and Culinary Class Wars, and runs the LEE Initiative, which promotes industry diversity and equity.
