Sohla El-Waylly (born c. 1984/1985) is a prominent American chef, recipe developer, author, and food video producer known for her roles on The Big Brunch and Ancient Recipes with Sohla. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, she worked in NYC fine dining before transitioning to food media at Serious Eats, Bon Appétit, and NYT Cooking.
