Sophia Smith (born August 10, 2000) is an American professional soccer forward for the Portland Thorns FC and the USWNT, recognized as a top global talent. As a 2022 NWSL MVP and champion, she was the first player born in the 2000s to play for the USWNT, also winning a 2024 Olympic gold medal.
