Erin Jackson (born September 19, 1992) is an American speed skater and former inline skater who made history as the first Black woman to win an individual gold medal at the Winter Olympics (500m, 2022 Beijing). A decorated athlete, she transitioned from a 47-time inline skating champion to ice in 2017, later becoming a World Cup champion and 2026 U.S. Olympic flag bearer.
