Katie Ledecky (born March 17, 1997) is an American competitive swimmer and arguably the greatest female swimmer in history. With 14 Olympic medals (9 gold) and 26 World Championship medals (21 gold), she is the most decorated female swimmer ever. Dominating freestyle from 200m to 1500m, she has broken 16 world records.
