Karen Hauer (born April 20, 1982) is a Venezuelan-American professional dancer and choreographer, best known as the longest-serving professional on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, which she joined in 2012. Trained in contemporary dance in New York before specializing in Latin, she is a former World Mambo Champion and has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance.
