Nancy Xu YouJie (born July 30, 1991) is a Chinese professional Latin dancer and choreographer, best known as a dancer on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing since 2019. Born in Hunan, China, she began dancing at a young age, becoming a U21 World Championship finalist in 2010 and later joining the Burn the Floor dance company.
