Monica Barbaro (born June 17, 1990) is an American actress known for her roles in Top Gun: Maverick (2022) as LT Natasha "Phoenix" Trace and for earning a 2025 Oscar nomination for her role as Joan Baez in A Complete Unknown. Originally a classically trained dancer, she graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts before pursuing acting in San Francisco.
